What we do

Corporate law

Corporate law covers company law (the rules around B.V. and N.V.) and the laws of VOF and partnerships.

Organising the relationships between shareholders in a company. Setting up a company. Forming a joint venture or an investment. Realising a take-over. In all these issues, corporate law plays a central part.

We use tested and often-calibrated models to form collaborations. Together with financial advisors, we structure investment vehicles and adequately shape their complex governance and material goods legal structures.
We regularly litigate about conflicts between shareholders and about non-paid supplementary payments after disappointing take-overs.
